shipping and handling
All orders are shipped priority mail via the United States Postal Service, which includes tracking and $50 in insurance.
We currently ship twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday.
At this time, we are only accepting orders within the continental US.
Shipping prices are $5 per item for most goods, however, lighter products have free shipping included.
We believe in the recycling of all materials, so your package may include boxes and/or packing materials that have been given a second life. We thank you in advance for your understanding of this, as it's the very least we can do to reduce our footprint here on earth.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please be sure to contact us as soon as you possibly can and include a photo. If it’s determined that the damage was caused by USPS, please be sure to file a claim through their website. We try to ensure that every item is safely packed to avoid any harm to your item(s). Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
Overnight shipping is not available at this time.
