Are the ceramic pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Although every ceramic item in the shop are dishwasher and microwavable safe, due to the delicate nature of most of our products, we strongly encourage hand washing.

When will my item ship?

At this time, we currently ship twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday.

What is the cost of shipping and do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Shipping prices are $6 per item for most goods, however, lighter products (typically found under the "dew" category) have free shipping included.
 
At this time, we are only accepting orders within the continental US.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order has been damaged in transit, please be sure to contact us as soon as you possibly can and include a photo. If it’s determined that the damage was caused by USPS, please be sure to file a claim through their website. We try to ensure that every item is safely packed to avoid any harm to your item(s). Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

If it's a request for products we currently make or have made in the past, we are happy to produce another one for you, but those are the only custom requests we are able to take at this time.

While the best of intentions are put forth in the Crystals offered at Of Dust & Dew, this form of metaphysical and spiritual healing is considered holistic and should not be used in place of conventional medicine or professional help. Although there is widespread and historical belief that Crystals have many healing and magical capabilities, we cannot guarantee that you will experience or benefit from such properties. We pride ourselves with using whole and simple ingredients to produce an all-natural product. Since these ingredients are provided to us from nature, they usually lend themselves towards those of us who have sensitive skin. However, we also understand that allergies and sensitivities can drastically vary.
